The Private Server field is for private instances of the Pepperplate platform. If you see the 'Private server not found' error message. You can follow these steps to get back into your account:
- On the log in screen, tap on the menu button in the bottom bar, on the right side (first button to the left of the wireless/battery.)
- Tap on Settings. In settings, there is a Private Server field.
- Remove any characters and spaces that might be in the Private Server field. That field should be completely empty and should also not contain spaces.
- Try logging in again
